NOOR is Pasadena's premier event space featuring two indoor ballrooms along with a stunning outdoor space. The Sofia Ballroom provides an exquisite space for up to 350 guests for seated banquets. The Ella Ballroom imparts an atmosphere of elegance for up to 140 guests while our outdoor space, NOOR | Terrace, offers an ideal setting for cocktail receptions and wedding ceremonies. We have a catering platform, NOORtoGO.com, which is designed for celebrations at home (weddings, virtual fundraiser galas, birthdays) by delivering Chef-prepared meals and beverages to guests on the day of the event. Our catering service also offers Chef-prepared, three-course dinners delivered to your home for celebrations at home. Our award-winning culinary team prepares fresh, ready-to-heat, and ready-to-serve meals individually packaged in oven-safe containers for guest safety and convenience. From intimate to extravagant, traditional to the unexpected, NOOR is committed to designing a personalized event that is uniquely yours. Noor is now open for outdoor private group dining by reservation only. We are conveniently located in the heart of Pasadena and just 9 miles from downtown Los Angeles, making NOOR the place for your next event.

Business Owner

CMO & Sr. VP of Sales of NOOR in Pasadena, Mr. Robert Shahnazarian has over 25 combined years in the entertainment and hospitality industry. His career in entertainment includes over twelve years of employment at Sony Music as an in-house Producer, where he worked with numerous Grammy Award-winning artists including Taylor Swift, Train, Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, and many others.

In addition, his employment at the legendary Geoffrey's restaurant in Malibu provided him with insight and experience in providing world-class service to high-end celebrity clientele. He holds a B.A. in Communication from Pepperdine as well as an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University | Graziadio School of Business and Management.

He is affiliated with the Chris Shahnazarian Foundation, the Levitt Pavilion, and the Pasadena Rotary. An international traveler with sophisticated taste, Mr. Shahnazarian brings a passion for world culture and extensive knowledge of customs and traditions to NOOR.
