The idea for AJ's Armenian Cuisine came about when the Semerdjian family realized they wanted to share their family recipes and passion for cooking with their community. We've since become the destination in Fresno for authentic Armenian dishes, wine, and beer. Our lamb chops have been making a name for us in the local culinary scene, which is one reason why our customers come back time and time again.
